Support
Help and contact
WrenchPath is in private beta. Here's what we can help with and how to reach us.
Support contact not configured yet
A support email address has not been configured for WrenchPath yet. No support mailbox exists in this project, and we will not publish an address that isn't real. A working support contact must be configured before the beta is opened to drivers and repair shops — beta participants should use the direct channel they were given when they were invited.
What we can help with
- Problems running or completing an assessment.
- Account access, sign-in and password reset issues.
- A mechanic request that was sent by mistake, or that you want withdrawn.
- Correcting or deleting your information — see the Privacy Policy.
- Repair shops joining or leaving the beta.
Things you can do yourself right now
- Edit or delete saved vehicles and assessments from My vehicles.
- Reset your password from the sign-in page.
- Start a fresh assessment any time from Check my car.
Urgent vehicle problems
WrenchPath cannot help in an emergency. If your vehicle is unsafe, smoking, leaking fuel, overheating or has lost braking or steering, stop driving and contact a qualified mechanic or roadside assistance. WrenchPath provides preliminary information only and never confirms that a vehicle is safe to drive.
